Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and social worker. She is part Italian. Cook first appeared in a public service announcement for foster care at seven years of age, and started working as a young print model when she was 10 years old, appearing in national ads for Target and appearing on the milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also was a student at Minneapolis South High School.
